We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer to join our team of data scientists and AI/ML Engineers in creating innovative AI and software products for the Enterprise. As a member of our team, you will work closely with the AI COE developers and engineers and stakeholders to develop technologies that enhance our employees day-to-day capabilities at BAE Systems. Our goal is to create user-driven applications that optimize human-AI performance in the next generation of digital transformation.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust machine-learning algorithms, including large language models.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Conduct data discovery and analysis by cleaning, preprocessing, and transforming raw data into usable formats, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Produce visualizations and insights to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Develop and maintain user interfaces for AI/ML applications using frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or js framework.
- Work with backend engineers to integrate frontend applications with AI/ML models and API
